Thanks to superb direction by Courtney Crouse, Theo’s production expertly walks the line allowing achievement of all the piece’s comic elements while preserving a certain dignity and respect for people of faith.

The entire piece is begging for a sense of fun and contemporary flavor in the dialogue to give the viewer some way to relate to the world that is being created for them.
The clarity of this in-your-face realization is all of gut-wrenching, heartbreaking and damn depressing (small d). And wow, is it great musical theatre.
For liberal-minded adult audiences searching for the most irreverent humorous holiday entertainment in town, a show that features a positive message about being accepted for who you are, this is the play to see.
While all the performances in Twelfth Night are top notch, it’s the women who really steal the show.
