Annoyance Theatre brings back ‘Bite Size Broadway’ through January 6

November 11, 2017

CHICAGO – “Bite Size Broadway” returns to The Annoyance Theatre’s Main Stage after a successful extended spring run with a full sized revival.

Join the talented cast and writers of Bite Size Broadway for a manic paced evening of miniature musicals!  Bobby Lloyd Webber (yes – there is a relation!) will guide you through the collection of mini-musicals he authored from behind bars. In 60 minutes of song, dance, and comedy these 6 cast members will present you 8 mini  musicals – none longer than 15 minutes and none shorter than 15 seconds!   These comedic and inventive, new musicals are bite size – so you can see all the hits in one night and still save room for dessert.

The cast of Bite Size Broadway have individually authored and performed in many projects around Chicago including performances and works at The Goodman Theatre, Chicago’s Sketchfest, iO, The Crowd, Stage 773, the Second City Training Center and, of course, The Annoyance Theatre. The cast is under the keen and hilarious direction of Second City Tour Co. director Anneliese Toft. “Bite Size Broadway” is under the musical direction of David Yontz and the choreography of Lily Staski.

“Bite Size Broadway” returns to The Annoyance Main Stage at 9:00 PM on November 18th and will continue to run on Saturdays at 9:00 PM through January 6th. Tickets are $20 / $15 Students. For more information, visit the Annoyance website www.theannoyance.com or call the box office: 773.697.9693. The Annoyance is located at 851 W. Belmont, Chicago, IL 60657.
