Cowardly Scarecrow opens new zombie musical ‘You’ve Got Red on You’ at Chef O’Neill’s Pub

October 11, 2018

The creators of the award-winning Musical of the Living Dead (Best Musical Chicago Reader’s Poll 2012), return to their zombie roots with this unauthorized musical parody of the classic film Shaun of the Dead.

Chief O’Neill’s Irish Pub transforms into the famous Winchester, the local pub where Shaun spends most of his nights as he coasts through life. Those in attendance will find themselves immersed in the action as Shaun recounts the events of one ill-fated night.

Join Shaun, flat mate Ed, girlfriend Liz, devoted Mum Barbra, (Not-My Dad) Phillip, and the rest of the gang, as they sing, dance, and fight while the zombie doomsday unfolds.

You’ve Got Red on You is another bloody immersive production featuring amazing original music, hysterical jokes, and over-the-top special effects.

Those intrepid souls who plan to sit in the front row should be ready to be part of the Splatter Zone, as the stage’s invisible fourth wall may prove porous to blood and flying bits of brain.
