CHICAGO – The Madison Square Garden Company and Mills Entertainment announced that John Cleese will take The Chicago Theatre stage on Sunday, January 22, 2017 at 3:00pm for an inside look at his storied career and the making of the legendary movie Monty Python and the Holy Grail. A live conversation and audience Q&A with Cleese will follow a screening of Monty Python and the Holy Grail in its entirety. Tickets go on sale to the general public on Friday, October 7 at 10:00 am.
John Cleese is known for his work on television programs such as Cheers, 3rd Rock from the Sun, Will & Grace, Fawlty Towers, Monty Python’s Flying Circus and the Emmy-nominated TLC documentary The Human Face with John Cleese. His film credits include Silverado, The Out-of-Towners, Rat Race, A Fish Called Wanda, Monty Python’s Life of Brian, Monty Python’s The Meaning of Life and Kenneth Branagh’s Frankenstein. Cleese has also co-authored two best-selling books on psychology – Families and How to Survive Them and Life and How to Survive It – and penned an autobiography, So Anyway…, released in 2014.
