The Pride Arts Center – located right on the parade route – will celebrate its first Pride Parade with a free light breakfast of coffee, snacks, and camaraderie beginning at 10 am on Sunday, June 25 in The Broadway, Pride Arts Center at 4139 N. Broadway.
A short “Call to Action” rally will be held from 11:00 am to 11:30 am, with speakers including retired judge Tom Chiola, John Blick from Uptown United, Estelle Chandler from Buena Park Neighbors, Don Cortelyou from Bridgeview Bank and others.
The festivities will end at approximately 11:30 am to allow parade participants to get to their floats, but the Pride Arts Center will remain open throughout the parade to sell water to thirsty parade viewers.
ABOUT PRIDE ARTS CENTER
Pride Arts Center (PAC) opened in 2016 and consists of two performance spaces: The Buena at 4147 N. Broadway which has 50 seats and The Broadway at 4139 N. Broadway which has 85 seats, and it is run by Pride Films and Plays.
