‘Something Wonderful: Heidi Kettenring in Concert’ staged by Arlington Heights’ Metropolis, Aug. 22

Arlington Heights,IL– Metropolis and Michael Ingersoll present Artists Lounge Live’s Something Wonderful: Heidi Kettenring in Concert on August 22, 2018.

Chicago’s favorite leading lady Heidi Kettenring (Broadway in Chicago: Wicked, National Tour: Disney’s Beauty and the Beast) captivates, lending her signature warmth to a century’s worth of timeless hits. In a chronicle of popular music which is touchingly personal, Heidi reminds us that we all tell time by the songs in our lives. She’s a storyteller sure to stir the heart, and her sentimental journey includes favorites from Berlin to Barbra, to The Beatles and beyond. Around the Town Chicago exclaims, “Five stars: An extraordinary performance… You do not want to miss an evening like this.”

Something Wonderful: Heidi Kettenring in Concert will be at Metropolis on Wednesday, August 22, 2018 at 7:30 P.M. Tickets are $45, Stage Tables $50. All tickets can be purchased at MetropolisArts.com or by visiting or calling the Box Office at 847.577.2121.

Something Wonderful: Heidi Kettenring in Concert is the final show of the 2017-2018 Artists Lounge Live Series at Metropolis, which brings talented Broadway and Broadway in Chicago stars to the Chicagoland area. The next season of Artists Lounge Live will include Silly Love Songs: The Paul McCartney Collection, starring Michael Mahler (October 24, 2018), The 12 Dames of Christmas, starring Angela Ingersoll (December 19, 2018), Higher and Higher: A Rock ‘n Soul Shindig! Starring Chester Gregory (February 27, 2019), Lean on Me: The Brotherhood of Rock and Roll, starring Michael Ingersoll and Christopher Kale Jones (April 18, 2091), My Happiness: Samantha Pauly Sings Connie Francis (June 5, 2019), and Leaders of the Pack, starring the Lovettes (August 21, 2019). Purchase four or more shows in the series at the same time and receive a 20% discount. Discount is not available for online purchases.
